 Our tester used the product for about two weeks before and after her runs, and sometimes in the middle of her run. She applied KOOL 'N FIT after her run and then again after a shower and found that it significantly reduced her muscle fatigue and soreness. On days that she used the product before or during a run, she noticed very little muscle fatigue and that in turn went a long way to preventing sore muscles afterwards. She liked the product because it absorbs quickly, is not greasy, and does not have a strong odor after it absorbs into the skin. Overall, she recommended this product, especially for healing sore muscles. |
